The Canon Foundation in Europe offers Research Fellowships in Europe and Japan.
Every year, there are about 15 Research Fellowships for Europeans and Japanese researchers who look for funds to do research in Japan and Europe respectively.
Who is eligible?
- European and Japanese nationals. Non-nationals should have permanent citizenship in Europe or Japan.
- Applicants with at least a Master’s degree obtained within the last 10 years.
- Europeans are expected to do their research inJapan and Japanese to do their research inEurope.
Fellowships are awarded for 3 months to a maximum of 1 year. Research can be conducted in all subjects. All fields of research are supported.
Deadline for applications:
