If you are an international exchange student, you will be required formal acceptance by the University of Sassari, before you can complete your mobility procedure.

Formal acceptance is provided before your arrival by the International Relations Office (IRO) and the departmental person of reference (either a professor or a person responsible for a University service/bureau).

The following documents are to be provided upon arrival:

• a proof of your exhange mobility status reporting the duration of your stay;
• your ID card or passport;
• your medical insurance*;
• 2 passport-size photos.

*before leaving to Italy, make sure for free health care is available to you on the basis of an international agreement between your country of origin and Italy, i.e. E111 form

Depending on the programme funding your mobility, additional documents may be required.
