MOBILITY FOR TRAINEESHIP
CONFIRMED DURING THE 1ST AND 2ND SEMESTERS, unless suspended as a result of an increased risk of infection. The teaching staff will evaluate individual applications in advance, taking into account safety conditions and room availability.
Procedures for incoming traineeships at UNISS facilities
The procedure provided for by UNISS and its Departments to grant students, PhD students, research fellows, etc., access to laboratories and facilities will apply. However, each member of the teaching staff will consider whether to accept the trainee on the basis of the period of mobility, to avoid overlapping with UNISS resident students who were forced to postpone their compulsory internship and thesis activities due to the pandemic shutdown. An updated list of all incoming students for traineeships must therefore be forwarded to the School of Medicine well in advance. The hosting teaching staff will request the Director of the Department an authorization to grant the incoming student or trainee access to UNISS facilities, taking responsibility for their training and information, and for their compliance with all CoVId-19 safety measures, as per the current Rector's Resolutions.
Procedures for incoming traineeships at partner facilities
The procedures provided by the hosting facility will apply. The trainee will sign a declaration, releasing the hosting facility from any responsibilities relating to any SARS-CoV2 infection. The form will be provided by the Administration.
