the Department is available to host trainees, but each application will be considered individually. Access to the Veterinary Teaching Hospital will be granted and regulated in compliance with the rules applicable to all UNISS resident students.

The Department is available to host SMT applicants at its Units (eg. laboratories, field activities) if their application is evaluated and accepted. In particular, each member of the teaching staff will evaluate whether to accept each trainee according to the period of mobility, to ensure social distancing and to avoid any overlapping with UNISS resident students who were forced to postpone their compulsory internship as a result of the University shutdown. An updated list of all incoming students for traineeships must therefore be forwarded to the Department well in advance.
