The course aims to introduce students to basic private law skills so that they are able to face the problems in critical and aware way
The legal rules; law of persons; legal act; legal transaction; natural persons, capacity regulation; legal persons; types of assets; rights of personality; the law of property: forms, transfer of property; possession; The law of Obligations: sources and regulation.Notion and classification of contracts, formation and effects of the contract; remedies in case of breaches of contract. Tort Law: damages and fault. Legal publicity and real estate transfer registration. Securities; Family law: rules relating to the assets and the liabilities of the family; the law of parentage; biological and legal parenthood;limitation and prescription periods.
