The course provides a critical analysis of the main approaches in social psychology: paradigms, fields and methodologies of research, application fields. Everyday life is the ground from which different themes are developed, reflecting the main areas of individual, interpersonal and group processes. The course will be conducted in a proactive and participatory way, with a focus on individual and collective responsibility, on the inclusion and social cohesion processes. The lessons deal with three main areas of interest: a. the socio - cognitive model of well-being based on the concept of human agency and the role of contextual supports for training and job satisfaction of the people; b. relational and restorative approaches promoting individual and collective wellbeing; c. restorative justice for a peaceful management of conflicts, protection of victims, social security, active integration.
