The course aims at giving an organised overview on how the systems for environmental and quality management, safety and ethics are implemented. The course will discuss, through practical sessions, the most important case studies in this field and will allow the students to perform analysis on the efficiency of certification processes and of the added value delivered to the companies which decide to undergo a certification process. The course will discuss also the international rules of the sector and their impact on small-medium business demonstrating the role of system audit.
