Written exams.
Students will acquire basic knowledge of lexis and grammar to enable them to deal with elementary level English texts.
The course covers the following structures: parts of speech; asking and answering questions; nouns and articles; conjunctions; comparative and superlative adjectives and adverbs; prepositions; direct and indirect pronouns. Verb tenses: present simple; present continuous;past simple; past continuous; will/going to future. Verbs + infinitive /-ing; modal verbs.
