Students will know the distinction between general ethics and professional ethics; principles of legal ethics. Students will be able to analyse and resolve the hard cases. Students should obtain knowledge of Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods according to European law and in Italian system Law. students will know: Most disputes are resolved outside the court system.
