The Clinical Physiopathology targets the functional changes, the pathogenetic mechanisms of diseases, with the aim to evaluate the functional alterations involving the whole organism. It integrates the knowledge derived from fundamental research, molecular, translational and clinical studies.
The wide number of information, deriving in the last years from innovative technologies and from researches always multidisciplinary, allows deeply knowledge on genetic, and epigenetic fields, pushing the need to integrate one others. The aim is to understand the behavior of the single cell, as of the microenvironment where it lives, and the continuous exchange of information from one to other, leading to an abnormal phenotype.
