Objectives

Knowledge of the main microbial infections of human organs and apparatuses and of microbiological diagnostic techniques.
Knowledge of strategies for the preparation of vaccines and monoclonal antibodies for diagnostic and therapeutic use

Contents

Infections of the gastrointestinal, respiratory, genitourinary, central nervous systems and systemic infections: pathogenesis and diagnostic techniques. Strategies for design of vaccines specific for transmissible diseases. Production of diagnostic and therapeutic monoclonal antibodies
