This course is focused on the understanding of buildings for the agro-industry. Classes will stress the concept of quality in architecture. Students will be able to write a preliminary analysis of an agro-industrial building with an emphasis for building process and elements.
Materials and technical architecture: building organism, building process and methods (24 hours). Laboratory: preliminary analysis of a agro-industrial building (8 hours).
