At the end of the course the students should have:
(1)Knowledge and understanding. Knowledge of the main concepts of economics, territorial economics, statistics, data representation and analysis, as well as of financial mathematics and valuation theory. Ability to analyse and understand a valuation report.
(2)Applying knowledge and understanding. The student will be able to develop and implement, within working groups or individually, valuation of goods, and evaluation of projects and programs.
(3)Making judgements: Ability to collect and interpret data suitable for achieving independent judgments, as well as to correctly interpret the reliability and correctness of results and reports.
(4)Communication skills. The student will be able to present the results of the performed work in an appropriate manner to both specialists and non-specialists.
(5)Learning skills. At the end of the course, the student will have acquired the ability to deepen the concepts related to the topics of the course with a high degree of autonomy, also in view of subsequent studies.
