At the end of the course the student will have a detailed knowledge of wound healing and expertise in physiopathology and clinics in plastic surgery and in the application of basic, advanced, microsurgical regenerative and mini invasive techniques in traumatic, neoplastic, malformative and aesthetic conditions in the field of plastic surgery. The student will be able to recognize, assess and manage patients with non-healing wounds, burns, skin tumours, common congenital malformations postmastectomy reconstructions, head and neck reconstruction, hand and limb reconstruction, on the basis of evidence based medicine and gender medicine.
