In class oral exam. Before that written test (multiple choice) on the first part of the course might be taken by attending students.
The course aims at training students to legal reasoning through a critical approach to business law and corporate law. The course focuses on the fundamentals of business law: general legal discipline of entrepreneurial activity, joint ventures, partnerships, corporations, financial and banking contracts, bankruptcy law, promissory notes and certificates (commercial papers).
The course is devoted to the study of business law, company and corporate law, financial markets, commercial papers, bankruptcy. The course is taught with a law-and-economics approach to all the above-mentioned subjects.

In-class lectures along with discussion and analysis of real cases. In addition to that, in-claas tests of self evaluation will be provided in order to allow students to ckeck respective progress in the course.
