The course aims to provide students with the knowledge of the organization of democratic systems in contemporary States. At the end of the course the student should be able to understand the institutions and key issues relating to the organization and public powers.
Comparative method; Constitutions, Forms of ogovernment; Heads of government. Parliaments, Monarchs and Heads of State; Federalism, Regionalism, Unitary States, Fiscal Federalism.
