Knowledge of Microbiology, Immunology, General Pathology and Epidemiology
A multiple-written test on the topics discussed in the lessons. In order to pass the test you have to answer exactly at least 60% of the scores related to the questions In addition to an overall assessment, the answers for each pathology will be considered. Who, while having responded to at least 60% of the points on the questions, will not exceed the 60% per single pathology, will have to integrate the oral test with an oral question on the illnesses to which it has been insufficiently prepared. For each exact question, 1, 2, or 3 points will be assigned in relation to the importance, zero point for no response and from -0.2 to -0.5 in relation to the severity of the error. The time available is 1 hour. It is the faculty of the student whether to accept or reject the evaluation obtained in the test. The test results will be published online in self-students. It should be noted that each test can be supported only once in the student's career.
he course is aimed at deepening aspects concerning the pathology, diagnosis and prophylaxis of some emerging zoonoses, and focuses on the learner's understanding of the notions of the prevention of the resulting health risk.
The course explores the epidemiological and clinical aspects of some emerging zoonoses: Salmonellosis, Listeriosis,Campylobacteriosis, Lyme Borreliosis. Particular attention will be given to prevention and prophylaxis measures both in breeding and public health.
