ITALIAN AND COMPARATIVE CONSTITUTIONAL LAW
Final oral exam
At the end of the course the student will know the basics of science and method of comparative law, the most important notions about the sources of the law in the civil law and in the common law and classifications of state and government forms and their evolution. The student will be able to reconstruct the rules regarding regionalism and federalism, as well as the fundamental characteristics of the models of constitutional judicial review. Acquires knowledge of the current problems regarding the constitutional rights and their discipline in emergency situations. Finally, will be able to know the provisions of Italian constitution which are relevant for international relations
