The course aims to provide students with the necessary skills to understand the legal and economic mechanisms that govern business strategies in placing products and services with customers and consumers
For the preparation of the exam it is necessary a good knowledge of the general discipline of the contract, of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/05) and of the EU Regulation 2016/679.
