This course will integrate the knowledge that the students will have already acquired during the teaching activities foreseen during the teachings of the same SSD. This will be obtained thanks to a didactic-training in-depth analysis that will be carried out in the food industries of the national territory. These activities will be divided into three distinct phases. A first moment in which the teacher, together with the managers of the food company (production manager, quality system manager, plant manager, etc.) will explain in detail the specific production and control of safety and quality company. A second moment in which, together with the company managers, the students will go along the production lines to take a direct look both of what it was learned during the frontal didactic activities, and what it has just been illustrated in the company on the main issues of control of production processes. Moreover, thanks to the visit of the company laboratories, the systems of the methods applied for the management of safety and quality will be explored. A third and conclusive moment (debriefing) in which, returned to the classroom, students can ask questions and deepen specific interests emerged during the view along the production lines and laboratories.
