This course aims to provide the tools to give economic value to natural capital using the most widespread methodologies at international level. The cut that is intended to give the course is empirical, starting from the analysis of case studies in the literature that allow to raise discussions in which it is possible to embed some theoretical references that are the basis of the case study. A first very small part of the course will be dedicated to the definition of natural capital, deepening the "wild fauna" component, and its functions, as well as the description of the main analysis methodologies. Students will be involved in the analysis of the case studies already examined and in classroom exercises and in the preparation of an analysis path chosen by the student.
