The aim of course is to provide students with the basic notions of cellular and morphological biology of plants. The knowledge of the most common plants used in the official and traditional medicine
Classification of living organisms. primary and secondary metabolites metabolites: biological role and therapeutic uses. plant cell and its substructures. Histology: meristematic and adult tissues. Organography: morphology and anatomy of root, stem and leaf and their modifications. Flower. Fruit. Seed. Systematic description of the main characters of botanical families and plant species of pharmaceutical interest
