The course aims to provide students with the principles and methods of analysis necessary for the framing of problems related to the languages of Sardinia from a sociolinguistic point of view.
The course aims to provide students with a general overview of Sardinian linguistics, with reference to the varieties practiced on the island territory (Sardinian and its varieties, spoken alloglotte): this reality will be analyzed with in-depth synchronicities, from the definition of the concept of linguistic minority up to the analysis of socio-linguistic aspects of contemporary reality
