The course provides a critical analysis of the main approaches in social psychology: paradigms, fields and methodologies of research, application fields. Everyday life is the ground from which different themes are developed, reflecting the main areas of individual, interpersonal and group processes. The course will be conducted in a proactive and participatory way, with a focus on individual and collective responsibility, on the inclusion and social cohesion processes. The socio - cognitive model of well-being will be illustred, based on the concept of human agency and the role of contextual supports for training and job satisfaction of the people.
