Oral or written examination
The aim of the course is to provide students with a general overview of the main theories on business strategy and policy. The objective is to provide an understanding of the core principles of strategic management, as well as of the tools and techniques used by entrepreneurs and the management to achieve a long-term competitive advantage in the market.
