Objectives

Acquisition of linguistic, sylistic, rethorical and cultural instruments for the analysis of the text and its interpretation in its own hystorical context.

Contents

Inclusion of the author in the frame of female thought of XX century (among the main authorities Virginia Woolf, María Zambrano, Marguerite Yourcenar, Anna Maria Ortese, Carla Lonzi, Hannah Arendt); the experience of friendsheep and sisterhood (towards a philosophy of female affections); discussion of the relationships between life and writing, poetry and philosophy, literature and language, history, and memory; reading of the whole text.
