The course module aims to provide the basic elements of the company organization in order to use them in the context of the management of agri-food quality systems.
The main concepts of the company organization will be defined: the common forms of the company organization, the governance systems, etc. As far as quality systems are concerned, ISO certifications will be verified, their contents, and the effects on the agri-food product system.
