Subject "complementary" of Romane law teaching, the course of Esegesis of the sources of Roman law, deals with the analysis and the critical interpretation of the texts that allow to reconstruct and know the moments and aspects of the juridical experience of ancient Rome.
The Exegesis course of the sources of Roman law aims to introduce in depth the reading of Latin testimonies. The aim of the course is to provide the student with a technical legal instrument that, on the model of the texts of the Roman jurists, allows him to easily read the hermeneutic text of any text of a legal nature.
