The course intends to provide the student with the necessary tools for the development of language level B2 competences of the European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) in Spanish: comprehension and written production; comprehension and oral production.

At the end of the course the student will be able to:
- understand formal and informal written texts (personal correspondence, formal correspondence, opinion articles and press information, stories, short novels, academic texts, etc.);
- produce formal messages and letters (cv presentation letter, request for information in the academic and working fields, etc.); produce long-lasting personal electronic messages (personal news, points of view, etc.); produce short reports of an expository or argumentative nature (for or against a position); produce written compositions of medium extension class;
- understand interviews and radio or television information programs, films, conferences and professional or academic public presentations, theatrical performances, etc .;
- understand and interact in face-to-face conversations, understand and interact in public debates and discussions of general and personal interest;
- carry out public presentations on known topics or personal interest, hold media extension speeches
