ENGLISH LANGUAGE (ADVANCED COURSE)
Written test, with open and/or multiple choice questions
The English Language course for L20 - COMUNICAZIONE PUBBLICA E PROFESSIONI DELL'INFORMAZIONE - 9 cfu- is partially loaned from the English course for LM2-Archeologia (12 cfu).
The course program is divided into two modules:
- (mod. 1 - 6 cfu) Language module - Dott.ssa Sasha Beavis (I semester - 60 hours + II semester 30 hours ), B2 level
[Students are allowed to attend also the entire course (120 hours) held by Dott. Beavis to improve their language skills]
- (mod. 2 - 3 cfu) Linguistics- Dott.ssa Stefania Gandin (II semestre - 15 hours)
[Students are allowed to attend also the entire course (20 hours) held by Dott. Gandin to improve their language skills]
Learning objectives:
Language module: learning and development of the primary communicative competences in general English- B2 level of the CEFR.
Linguistics: learning and development of specialised terminology, textual and stylistic properties relating to English for Archeology and Academic English
LANGUAGE MODULE: written and oral activities aimed at the development of the main communicative skills and lexical-grammar knowledge at B2 level (CEFR).
Linguistics: main notions, specialised terminology, textual and stylistic properties relating to English for Special Purposes and Academic English
