The course aims to offer the student the ability to evaluate and take charge in the rehabilitation field of patients with neuro-musculoskeletal disabilities in particular in the neurological field.
Acquire knowledge of the main instrumental methods used to define a rehabilitation project / program in adults with hints of pathologies in the pediatric field (stroke, severe brain injuries, myelolesions, neuro-muscular diseases, infantile cerebral palsy). Acquire basic skills on the functioning, examination methods and clinical indications of the Movement Analysis Laboratory, of the Neurophysiology Laboratory in the rehabilitation and interventional physiatry sector.
Acquire the principles of rehabilitation team work.
At the end of the course the student must be able to know a) the organization of a rehabilitation program (patient with motor-functional disability of neuro-musculoskeletal origin); b) the main methods of assessment, management and physio-rehabilitation approach used for preventive-therapeutic purposes in the patient with neuro-motor-functional disability
