At the end of the course the student will have knowledge of basic biochemistry for a complete understanding of biochemistry, general aspects and metabolic disorders. Then he will know and understand the metabolic processes of the human body and the basic principles of metabolic and hormonal relationship , with extensive references related to pathological situations. The student will also have general information regarding the biochemistry of nutrition, with particular reference to the achievement and maintenance of good health
