Teaching methods
The presentations are done by combining the lectures, with the practical application on real data using the EXCEL spreadsheet (or the Open Source equivalent) for statistical data analysis.
The choice of the software is motivated both by the simplicity with which each student can have it available on his personal computer and by the ease of applying statistical formulas for calculating descriptive measures of data and statistical tests, in line with the objectives of the course.

The teaching materials used (presentations prepared by the teacher, articles of literature, exercises, etc.) will be made available oinline, in the e-learning platform of the Department and also available for non-attending students.
