Regarding to the final examination, at the request of some students (but these info can be founded on the platform self students)...
I remind you that you can use the civil code during the examination, even a code with all the special laws is fine, but it should not be commented.
I recommend any code as long as it is updated (not older than 2020!) and contains at least:
- the Banking Law(Legislative Decree 1 September 1993, No. 385);
- the Bankruptcy law (Royal Decree March 16, 1942, No. 267, amended for the last time by Law June 30, 2016, no. 119; decreto legislativo 12 gennaio 2019, n. 14, the Italian Crisis and Insolvency Code);
- the Patent and Trademark Law (Legislative Decree 10 February 2005, no. 30):
- if possible also the framework law on handcrafts (Law 8 August 1985, no. 443).
he final exam for foreign students that don't speak italian will consists of two open-ended questions (as for italian students, but in English) on the program.
Time for the exam: 1 hour.
Before the start of the exam the student must show his/her identity card (or passport) and also his/her student ID number.
It is strictly forbidden to use handbooks, papers or other materials during the exam.
