Prerequisites: 

The course will develop basic knowledge and skills that the student has acquired during the teaching activities and modules provided by the degree course on Veterinary Medicine, e.g. microbiology and immunology, general pathology and pathological anatomy, infectious diseases and public health; pharmacology and toxicology; breeding, animal feeding and production, economics and business organization. The acquired knowledge and skills concern zoonoses, chemical and biological risks, antimicrobial-resistance, the impact of some pathologies and animal welfare on the quality and safety of food, the organization and the impact of breeding and processing companies on sustainability.
