The course will be organized in lectures and seminars regarding themes on which the students will present a report; there will be also an empirical activity regarding some selected sources. The aim is to improve the student’s ability to critical analysis and his talent for historical research.
In the first part of the course will be analysed the development of Italian public administration also compared with the main euopean cases.
In the second part students will deal with a research work that will exam single themes which have been analysed in the first part.

The course will be organized firstly in lectures; further teaching aids and activities will be provided through the e-learning platform. On this first part a written exam will occurr. In the second part of the course each student will prepare a report on specific subjects which will be discussed in the class. Finally the students will face with the management of sources which they will put in order and catalogue.
The status of attending student will be recognized to who will attend at least the 80% of the lessons.
