Entry level: A2 in English; students who haven’t reached the A2 level are recommended to attend a “base Course” at the beginning of the first semester.
Written test, with open and multiple choice questions; the mark is given as "out of 30".
The English language 1 Course (75 hours taught during the first semester) aims at developing the primary communicative competences in general English (B1 level Common European Framework of Reference for Languages -CEFR).
LANGUAGE MODULE: written and oral activities aimed at developing reading, writing, and listening skills and lexical-grammar knowledge at B1 level (CEFR).
Speak Out Preintermediate, Second Edition, Publisher: Pearson + Workbook; preferably DIGITAL version which includes also exercises and keys.
