The course aims to provide in-depth knowledge of the foundations of food market economics as well as marketing policies adopted by agri-food businesses. To be more precise, the aim will be to make the student able to understand the mechanisms of global and local agricultural markets. The themes will be dealt with in a way that allows learners to have adequate judgment and learning autonomy as well as communicative skills that enable effective interaction with specialized and non-skilled operators and decision makers.
