The laboratory, within the themes related to the teaching of the scientific-disciplinary field and the research area of commercial law, aims to allow the student to acquire all the theoretical and practical legal knowledge necessary and instrumental to the establishment of a business start-up, like an individual enterprise or a company, for commercial or agricultural purposes, including innovative start-ups regulated by special legislation under “Growth” Decree 2.0 (d.l. 18 October 2012, n. 179, converted into Law 221/2012, as subsequently amended and supplemented). Also, the entrepreneurial initiatives in the environmental sectors will be taken into consideration and will have the due emphasis. The lab therefore assumes and integrates the basic knowledge already acquired by the student in the studies of private and commercial law.

2. ability to adjust the theoretical aspects and knowledge acquired during university studies; to develop one or more entrepreneurial projects that are complete for their legal profiles; financing instruments of a new entrepreneurial economic activity, ability to manage the more strictly operational aspects related to the start-up of the new business, including - in the case of limited companies and cooperatives - the drafting of the articles of association;
3. ability to identify - depending on the type of business chosen or supposed - the optimal and better legal form;
4. ability to improve knowledge and communication skills by developing and perfecting an appropriate legal and technical language.
