EUROPEAN UNION LAW
For students who won't follow the lessons, final examination will be written on the whole programme. It will be possible to make an additional oral exam to improve the graduation of the written exam, if agreed with the teacher.
For students who will follow the lessons, it will be held an intermediate written exam. The final exam will be oral. Further information on the reading material and the examination will be given to students who will follow the lessons.
The course deals with the European Union Law, in particular the relationship between EU legal system and domestic law in the member States, especially the Italian legal system.

A special programme based on English texts may be agreed with foreign students, who should directly contact the teacher by email at least three months before the date of the examination.
Lessons in class are supported by power point slides and papers as well as additional material available on the e-learning platform or Teams. Power point presentations do not replace the suggested bibliographic material.
