This method has as its main objective to ascertain that students have acquired skills and knowledge in the field of organizational studies as well as that from a theoretical point of view through the acquisition of basic theoretical concepts, also from application point of view, through the analysis of practical case studies.
The exam is divided in two parts:
1. Written questions on each chapter;
2. Oral questions.
Teaching Company Organization has the main objective to give basic knowledge and ability to analyze a socio-economic context, which influences the functioning of organizations with particular reference to management processes at different levels: theoretical, methodological and applicative. This course deals with specific topics and problems connected to the different business context with a multidimensional approach.
Company Organization is a discipline characterized by different fields of studying: Psychology, Sociology, Engineering, Anthropology, Medicine and in particular, Economy and Business Economics. To better understand this Organization needs a sensitivity to comprehend the different disciplines, finding an interdisciplinary synthesis.

Interactive lessons, studied cases, exercises, cooperative learning activities. All the activities have the goal of acquiring and applying specific contents and methods of analysis through active participation of students.
During the course there are seminars related to different topics (energy, environment, risk analysis, safety in the workplace and business partnerships/ collaborations with particular reference to the automotive sector) as well as in-depth readings suggested by the teacher.
