I module (2 cfu): introduction to the study of law-legal systems- comparative law- sources of law.
II module (cfu): persons and legal entities- legal personality- individual rights and legal protection/remedies.
III module (2 cfu): property and rights over goods and estates.
IV module (2 cfu): obligations and contract law.
V module (2 cfu): family and succession law.
The exam may be taken by splitting the entire programme in two halves, as follows: comparative law, sources of law, persons and entities, law of obligations and contracts (first half); tort law, family law, succession law, law of property.
