The course aims at giving an organised overview on how the systems for quality management in the field of social organisations. The course will discuss, through practical sessions, the most important case studies in this field and will allow the students to perform analysis on the efficiency of certification processes and of the added value delivered to the companies which decide to undergo a certification process. The course will discuss also the international rules of the sector and their impact on small-medium business demonstrating the role of system audit

Part II Implementation of regulation UNI EN ISO 9001: technical and economical issues linked to the regulation’s implementation and analysis of the latest revisions.
