GENERAL LINGUISTICS
Multiple choice test; open question test
The course aims to provide the student with the
principles and methods of analysis necessary for the
framing of language in communication systems, and to
provide general information on the forms and modes
of verbal communication, the connotative function of
language and the historical, cultural and social aspects
related to it.
In addition to the fundamentals of the discipline,
reflection will be developed on the use of the
components, functions and variety of the language
code, stimulating the control of linguistic practice in its
social context; reflection will be initiated on themes of
historical and applied linguistics in relation to
phenomena of interculturality and multilingualism,
contact, sociolinguistic and ethnolinguistic issues.
