The course is aimed at providing students with a good command of the cartographic instruments and tools useful for handling tourist geographic information. In particular the course will be based on practical exercise and fieldwork, after an introduction and provision of a theoretical background, using opensource GIS, webmapping and GPS-fitted handheld devices.
Expected results:
