Objectives

Knowing and knowing describes the main standardized measurement techniques, to describe the characteristics of the human body and interpret them concerning different conditions, with particular reference to movement, sports and health status.
Knowing and being able to describe the articular systems of the body and the functional characteristics related to the movement of the skeletal segments of the body, in particular about the different sports and movement activities.

Hints of constitutional anthropometry
Anthropometry and body composition
Anthropometric evaluation of the nutritional status
The BMI, detection and characteristics
Estimation of the ideal weight and factors that determine it
Calculation of the average daily calorie requirement
Anthropometry and sport
General information on the main articular systems of the trunk and limbs
Analysis of simple movements of the trunk and upper and lower limbs
Analysis of complex movements in different sports activities.

The course includes compulsory attendance (at least 70% attendance), which will be taken at each lesson by handwritten signature on a special form prepared by the teacher.

Readiness to offer individual assistance also in a foreign language (French and English) to incoming students.
