The course is divided into three parts.
The first is dedicated to the study of the elements of criminal law, from the general principles to the main juridical categories, up to the forms of manifestation of the crime.
The second part has as its object the analysis of the hypothesis in which the minor is the perpetrator of a crime, addressing the peculiarities of juvenile justice.
Finally, the third and final part deals with cases in which the minor is a person offended by the crime: the most recurring incriminating cases envisaged in the penal code are examined, including crimes against the family, against life and individual safety, against individual liberty and against personal liberty.
