The aim of the course is to illustrate the fundamental principles of the cultural heritage law, whit specific reference to the protection, enhancement and management of cultural heritage, and the promotion of cultural activities.
The course focuses on the analysis and study of concepts, fundamental legal principles and tools for the protection and enhancement of cultural heritage.
