The main objective of this course is to analyse the main management issues of productive/logistics systems in the manufacturing sector and of the operations in the service sector.
The course aims at illustrating the structural and procedural facts of productive systems, with specific reference to the variables associated with strategic choices and operational management decisions. The course focuses on the logical approach used to determine the main choices connected to the technical variables of the company, their economic consequences and the mutual links existing between the different functional areas.
