Part 1
The course will consist of two modules: a theoretical introduction to the themes and methods of the demo-ethno-anthropological disciplines, and a second application part, which will provide the student with the theoretical and practical details for the preparation of a term paper, the theme of which will have been previously discussed during the course
Part 2
The course consists of two steps: a first section which aims to introduct the history of anthropology and the key concepts of the discipline and a second part that provides some useful conceptual tools to analyze the transformations undergoing contemporary cultures. That highlights the transit from anthropology science as the study of primitive (or traditional) cultures to study the complex dynamics between local contexts and the process of globalization
